I realize this is long after the original question but I didn't see any conclusive answers. I started three podcast shows on my website a few months ago and had to create an RSS feed via an XML document in order to list the podcasts on itunes. The itunes help guide was useless and confusing. If anyone needs to learn how to do this I can probably help. Archive.org is a great place to host the media files and the XML docs for the RSS feed. Hi, i'm trying to start a podcast just for fun and started on soundcloud until I learned about the three hour limit. I am currently trying to transfer my feed to an archive.org feed, but I don't know how to create a rss feed. Creating the soundcloud rss feed was pretty self explanatory, but I can't find anything on archive.com that will help me create a rss feed to copy paste to the itunes podcast connect thingy. I have all my files uploaded onto my account but can't find any way to make an rss feed. Any ideas?

use advanced search with your query and select "RSS" in the output area.
